PKP Intercity trains connect Warsaw with Krakow in 2.5 hrs. and Gdansk in 2.5 hrs. — fast, affordable and reliable. Domestic flights are also very cheap.

May–September for cities and nature. Winter (November–March) for low prices and Christmas markets in Krakow and Warsaw. Easter is festive throughout Poland.
