The cable car up Mount Vogel takes visitors to over 1,500 meters in altitude within minutes and offers a spectacular panoramic view over the entire Lake Bohinj as well as the surrounding Julian Alps.

From Ljubljana, Bohinj can be reached by bus in about two hours, while the trip from nearby Bled takes only about 30 minutes.
